2. Payment & Cancellation

- Payment must be made at the time of booking or check-in, as per the reservation policy.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay.
- No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation

3. Children & Extra Beds
- Children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Extra beds are available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
4. Smoking & Pets
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
